Mehmet Fırat
SabancıDx Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mehmet Fırat completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Mathematics at Middle East Technical University in 2001. He pursued his academic career in the field of Information Systems Management at the University of Strathclyde following his bachelor’s degree, and completed the Digital Transformation Master’s Program at Northwestern University in 2023.
Fırat began his professional career in 2003 at Havelsan Inc. as a Senior SAP Consultant / Project Manager, taking on various consulting, project management, and program management roles in SAP projects across different companies and industries. Serving as a Project Manager at Başkent Electricity Distribution Company in 2009, Fırat joined Enerjisa Enerji in 2011, where he subsequently held the positions of Information Technology Manager, Head of Project Management Office, and Director of Information Systems.

Between 2020-2025, Mehmet Fırat served as Head of Information Technologies and Digital Business Management at Enerjisa Enerji. Appointed as CEO SabancıDx as of January 2026, Mehmet Fırat also serves as CEO of Bulutistan and plays a key role in Sabancı Groups digital transformation journey as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of Sabancı Holding.
Devrim Zımba
SabancıDx Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Devrim Zımba completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1998 and earned his MBA degree from Marmara University in 2004.
He began his career in 1998 as Software Development Supervisor at Nortel Netaş and joined Turkcell in 2006. During his tenure at Turkcell, he held several roles including Senior Program Manager, IT Governance, Financials and Outsourcing Management Manager, and Technology Group Governance, Financials and Performance Management Manager.
In 2016, Devrim joined AgeSA Life and Pension, where he served as IT Governance and Security Group Manager, Infrastructure and Security Group Manager, and Business Intelligence and Governance Group Manager.
As of April 2026, Devrim Zımba has joined SabancıDx as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

İrem Cantaş Aygün
SabancıDx Chief Strategy and Product Officer (CSPO)
İrem Cantaş Aygün completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Economics Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2008 and her master’s degree in Science and Technology Policy Studies at the same university in 2010.
She began her career in 2009 as a Business Analyst at Enerjisa Başkent Electricity Distribution. During her tenure at Enerjisa, she held roles including Data Management Manager, Segment and Product Management Manager, and Digitalization Program Manager, where she led data-driven management, product strategy, and digital transformation initiatives.
She joined SabancıDx in 2020 as Product and Product Marketing Group Manager and became Head of StudioDx Commercial Business Units in 2023. In 2024, she served respectively as Deputy General Manager of Customer (CCO) and Deputy General Manager of Growth (CGO).
As of April 2026, İrem Cantaş Aygün serves as Chief Strategy and Product Officer (CSPO) at SabancıDx.

Ertan Kapusuzoğlu
SabancıDx Director of Sales & Customer Success
Ertan Kapusuzoğlu completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Anadolu University and earned his master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Bahçeşehir University.
He began his career in 2001 at Pfizer as IT Operations Team Leader and joined IBM in 2007, where he held various roles including Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Relationship Manager. During this period, he gained extensive experience in customer relationship management, service and IT operations, and strategic account management focused on business development and growth.
He joined SabancıDx in 2021 and has since held roles including Digital Services Sales Manager, Digital Services Sales Director, and Strategic Accounts Business Unit Leader.
As of April 2026, Ertan Kapusuzoğlu serves as Director of Sales & Customer Success at SabancıDx.

Semin Köseoğlu
SabancıDx Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Semin Köseoğlu completed her undergraduate studies at Boğaziçi University Faculty of Education in 2006 and specialized in Human Resources at the same university.
She began her career in 2008 at McCann Erickson, where she served as Human Resources Manager between 2011 and 2012. Between 2012 and 2018, she worked at Enerjisa as Strategic Human Resources Specialist, Recruitment and Organizational Development Team Lead, and Organizational Development Manager. From 2018 to 2019, she served as Learning and Development Manager at Borusan Academy under Borusan Holding.
She joined SabancıDx in February 2019 and held roles including Human Resources Manager, Employee Experience Group Manager, and Director of Employee Experience and Sustainability. In this period, she made significant contributions to organizational transformation, employee experience, and corporate culture.

SabancıDx Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mehmet Üzüm completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Yıldız Technical University in 2012 and began his professional career after language studies at St. Giles International in London.
He started his career in 2013 at Ernst & Young as a Financial Audit Specialist and progressed to Senior Specialist and Audit Manager, gaining extensive experience in financial auditing, reporting, and process management.
Between 2021 and 2024, he worked at Sabancı Holding as Finance Control Manager. He joined SabancıDx in September 2024 as Finance Director.
As of April 2026, Mehmet Üzüm serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SabancıDx.

Onur Seyyar
SabancıDx Digital Transformation Products (StudioDx) Director
Onur Seyyar completed his undergraduate studies in Statistics at Middle East Technical University in 2010.
He began his career in 2011 at Türk Telekom as a Data Scientist and joined Enerjisa in 2013 as a Customer Analytics Specialist. There, he held roles including Strategic Marketing and Customer Analytics Team Lead and Segment Analytics and Product Manager. Between 2019 and 2020, he worked at Mazda Motor Europe as Customer Analytics Manager.
He joined SabancıDx in 2020 as Product Manager and became StudioDx Product Management Group Manager in 2022. As of January 2024, he has been responsible for all Digital Transformation Products as Head of StudioDx.
Since January 2025, Onur Seyyar serves as Director of Digital Transformation Products (StudioDx) at SabancıDx.

Duygu Kesler Çakmak
SabancıDx Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance
Duygu Kesler Çakmak completed her undergraduate studies at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2013 and earned her master’s degree in Private Law at Istanbul University. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies.
She began her career in 2013 at Özgün Law Firm, where she worked as an attorney until 2019. Between 2019 and 2020, she worked at CCN Investment Holding, and between 2020 and 2023 at Enerjisa, also as an attorney. From 2023 to 2024, she served as Legal and Compliance Manager at Mavi Giyim.
She joined SabancıDx in August 2024 and currently serves as Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance.
She began her career in 2013 at Özgün Law Firm, where she worked as an attorney until 2019. Between 2019 and 2020, she worked at CCN Investment Holding, and between 2020 and 2023 at Enerjisa, also as an attorney. From 2023 to 2024, she served as Legal and Compliance Manager at Mavi Giyim.
